LED display on the ambient temperature is very picky. In theory at room temperature about 25 Celsius degrees, and its ideal working conditions. But in fact, outdoor temperature is complex, high summer temperatures may be above 60 Celsius degrees, such as Oman, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, etc, and the lowest temperature in winter may be less than -30 Celsius degrees, such as Russia, North China, Mongolia, Canada, etc. For outdoor led display screens, the cold weather is a long and severe challenge. The reason is that in a temperature that lower than minus 20 Celsius, the physical size of the led display components would shrink with different coefficient.
As a result, it may appear the big gaps, squeeze each other, or even fractured, and the ingress protection of the led display would lose, or appear the obvious mosaic on the led screen panel. In addition, when the temperature gets extremely low, the electronic components of the led display may not work normal. With the strict ultimate temperature simulation test, the led display screen from LEDFUL have experienced the minus 35 Celsius test. We have considered well the extreme environment that the led display may face, and taken the corresponding measures. Not only power supply, but also LED chip bracket, color of cabinet, fans inside, air condition, led, electronic devices, module kits have been selected with well consideration.
Therefore, we are very confident about our led screen working without any problem in such special very high/low temperature condition. Because we have successful experience finishing led screen projects in these area, besides, some led screen is working perfectly last more that 3 years. Now let's share our led screen project in low temperature firstly, and then for high temperature later.
