Introduction to the Maintenance and Inspection Methods of Four Common Dance LED Electronic Display S

Dance led display has the characteristics of environmental protection, high brightness, high clarity, high reliability and so on. With the progress of science and technology, LED display has been widely used. Now, Shenzhen LEDFUL Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. will introduce four commonly used detection methods for dance led display maintenance, hoping to help you.


The first short circuit detection method:

Turn the multimeter to the short-circuit detection gear (generally with alarm function, if it is connected, it will sound), and check whether there is a short-circuit phenomenon. If it is found, it should be solved immediately. The short-circuit phenomenon is also the most common dance led display module fault. Some of them can be found by observing IC pin and row pin. The short circuit detection shall be operated when the circuit is de energized to avoid damaging the multimeter. This method is the most commonly used method, simple and efficient. 90% of faults can be detected and judged by this method.


The second resistance detection method:

Adjust the multimeter to the resistance gear, detect the ground resistance value at one point of a normal circuit board, and then check whether the resistance value at the same point of another same circuit board is different from the normal resistance value. If it is different, the problem range is determined.


The third voltage detection method:

Adjust the multimeter to the voltage range, detect the voltage to the ground at a certain point of the suspected circuit, compare whether it is similar to the normal value, it can easily determine the range of the problem.


The fourth pressure drop detection method:

Set the multimeter to diode voltage drop detection. Because all ICs are composed of many basic single components, they are only miniaturized, so when there is current passing through a pin, there will be voltage drop on the pin. Generally, the voltage drop on the same pin of the same type IC is similar. According to the voltage drop value on the pin, it is better to operate when the circuit is powered off.
